Mila is performing at a standout level. The next jump is Shooting.
Mila is doing well with weak hand & dribble moves, and that strength is starting to show up in more live reps. The goal is to keep making it reliable when the pace rises.
Mila has moved Shooting from Consistent into Competitive. Shooting measures shot selection, mechanics, timing, and the ability to create and finish quality attempts.

Milestones show progress in a specific skill. Players usually move through milestones with age, practice, and better game understanding.

Mila's Skill Build: Shooting
Your drill this week: Pull-Up Jumper Off the Dribble
Develop the pull-up jumper mechanics: gather, jump stop or 1-2 step, and release at the peak of the jump.
Pick the cue that tells you when to go. Say it quietly before the rep starts.
The pull-up jumper is the most versatile scoring weapon in basketball because it works against any defense — helping or backing off.
Attack from the wing with 2 dribbles and pulls up at the elbow for a jump shot.
Gather before the jump, rushing makes the shot off-balance
Success is a pull-up that releases at the peak of your jump, if you're releasing on the way up or the way down, the timing isn't there yet.
Add a defender stepping up to take the pull-up, player must sell the drive first.
