UpLVL is a development tracking platform for coaches and club programs. Log sessions, rate players, and add notes. UpLVL turns that work into professional parent reports automatically.
Coaches and club administrators in youth sports programs. Parents do not need an account. They receive a link to their child’s report.
Coaches see their own roster, sessions, and reports. Admins see everything across coaches and teams in the program.
The free plan includes up to 5 players with all core features. The paid plan is monthly and unlocks larger rosters.
Go to uplvl.app and tap Create your account. Then set up your organization and first team.
UpLVL currently supports preset skills for soccer, lacrosse, basketball, football, flag football, field hockey, hockey, tennis, and volleyball. Customization is available for other sports or more general use.
Go to Players and tap Add Player. Enter the player’s name, age group, and parent email.
Yes. UpLVL supports CSV import. Include player name, age group, and parent email at minimum.
Yes. If your import gets stuck, send your roster file to support@getuplvl.com and we’ll import it for you.
Go to the player’s profile and use the remove option.
Deleted data can be restored within 14 days. Beyond the 14-day window, contact support.

Yes. Select a past date when logging and the session will be recorded under that date.
Yes. Go to the session log, open the session, and edit it before the report is sent.
The session note is what happened today. The session rating is your overall read on that session. Skill ratings track the player’s development over time.
Ratings are 1 to 10. Think of it as your overall read on the player’s session. Consistency over time matters more than any single rating.
