Acceptance

By accessing or using UpLVL, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use UpLVL on behalf of a club, team, school, or business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service

UpLVL provides coaching, player development, session logging, reporting, and team management tools. We may update, improve, or modify the service over time.

Accounts and roles

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for actions taken through it. Organizations are responsible for assigning roles appropriately and for controlling who can access team, player, and parent information inside their workspace.

Customer data

Organizations retain responsibility for the lawfulness, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data they put into UpLVL, including player, parent, and coach information. You must not use the service to upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.

Trials, pricing, and billing

UpLVL may offer a free trial and free player allowance before paid billing starts. Pricing may vary by active player count and selected plan. Organizations are responsible for keeping billing information current once paid billing is activated.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling or pausing may affect access to teams, reports, and stored data after the applicable billing period ends.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep UpLVL available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Acceptable use

You may not use UpLVL to violate law, interfere with the product, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the service improperly, or misuse player and parent information.

Disclaimers

UpLVL provides coaching and reporting software, not medical, legal, or educational advice. Reports, summaries, and AI-assisted output should be reviewed by the organization before being relied on or sent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpLVL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payment obligations are not met, or if continued access would create legal or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing commitments.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date here and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
