What UpLVL does

UpLVL helps coaches and sports organizations track player development, log sessions, generate reports, and manage team operations.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run the product, including account details, organization and team details, player roster data, skill ratings, session notes, parent contact information, and report content generated inside the platform.

We may also collect basic technical data such as browser type, device information, and logs needed to keep the service secure and working properly.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, support coaching workflows, generate player reports, deliver parent-facing communication, improve product quality, respond to support requests, and protect the platform from abuse.

Youth player data

UpLVL is designed for team and training environments that may involve youth players. Organizations are responsible for collecting and entering player and parent data lawfully and for providing any notices or consents required by their policies, contracts, or applicable law.

We use player data only to operate the product for the organization using UpLVL. We do not sell player personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service, such as with infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, and email providers working on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Cancellation, pause, or deletion requests may change how long some data stays available.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security, so organizations should avoid storing information in UpLVL that is not necessary for coaching and reporting.

Your choices

Account holders can update profile details in settings. Organizations can update roster and team data, archive players, and request support for deletion or billing questions. If you need help, contact support@getuplvl.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date here and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
